Pay Attention to the Signs

Pay Attention to the Signs

I realized during  my trip to Denver last year how telling signs could be when getting a sense of an area. But that’s something I rarely see writers incorporate into books when they’re describing a setting. Hopefully these photos from my recent New Orleans trip, the second batch in my series about using photographs to help incorporate details into writing, will prompt you to pay attention to the signs.
